Is the solution that Ebrille srl, leader in the production of insulated copper tubing, offers for domestic gas systems, in compliance with UNI CIG 7129/1: 2017.
The smooth Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation adheres perfectly to the copper tube and its thickness of 1.5mm complies with the provisions set forth in the Standard UNI 10823. For this reason, this product is particu- larly suitable for underground installations.
In addition, the extremely elastic PVC insulation ensures high resistance and protection of the tubing during installation.
The special production process, regulated by in-house specifications, is in compliance with the quality assurance provisions of the Standard UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and therefore our product is suitable for all the systems installed in compliance with the Italian Ministerial Decree No. 37/2008.
Ebrilgas is available in 50m coils with a diameter of up to 18mm and in 25m coils with a diameter of 22mm. The wall thickness for all diameters in this line is 1mm.
The pre-insulated tubing is marked at each meter.
In order to guarantee quality and safety, each coil is tested at a pressure of 10 Atm and sealed at the tips with caps.
