The polyethylene foam is produced without hazardous substances (CFCs and HCFCs) in compliance with the European Community Regu- lation No. 237 of 2000.
Espanseco tubing is guaranteed 30 years against the outbreak of pitting corrosion. This is possible thanks to a special de-carbonization treatment, that reduces carbon residue to ≤0,05mg/dm2, four times less than the level required by the Standard UNI EN 1057.
The quality of the tubing is also confirmed by the CE marking on each metre.
All the above certified characteristics and the special production process regulated by in-house specifications in compliance with the Standard UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 make our product suitable for all the systems installed in compliance with the Italian Ministerial Decree No. 37/2008.
Espanseco is available in 50m coils for diameters of up to 18mm and coils of 25m for a diameter of 22mm. The wall thickness of all diameters in this line is 1mm. The tubing is marked at intervals of one meter with progressive numbers and each coil bears an identification label.
